Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dogemart. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to sales@dogemart.us requesting to return the product(s) with the reason on why the product is being returned.
We ask the customers to be extra careful while providing their contact information and delivery address so that no issues arise during delivery. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, resalable, and in their original packaging.
- The product(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider. Crypto transactions will be refunded within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item, or the product received is defective or damaged.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at sales@dogemart.us within 30 days of receiving the item with proof to show the product arrived damaged. Proof is considered as photos or videos of shipped goods. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product and arrange for a replacement or refund. Depending on the product, we may ask you to just dispose the damaged product and we will send you a new one for free.
7. Non-Returnable Items
